Description:  Bill will be speaking on the overall condition of the Department; morale in the rank & file; the EFFECT OF A PENDING 20,000 STATE PRISONER RELEASE, and will provide an update on the continuing problems in the Jail.  He will then spend time in Q&A.

This is not a fundraising event!  This is simply a great opportunity to get up close and meet a man who had the courage to stand up and stand tall in the face of everything an entrenched political machine could throw at him.
